Can Anyone Identify This Short-Lived Early '90s Fox Sitcom?

I was looking through some videos on some YouTube channels I've subscribed to, and I found one in particular in which I found some clips of a Fox sitcom from 1991 that I've never seen (I was only three years old in '91) nor heard of. While this video mostly features commercials shown on NBC and Fox, it also includes a couple of clips from this sitcom starting at the 1:09 mark and again at 3:51 after a commercial break. Although Wikipedia has a page containing a complete list of (supposedly) every Fox program that ever aired, based on the summaries of some of the shorter-lived, more unfamiliar shows in relation to the content of this video I found, the Wikipedia page doesn't seem to include this show. Does anyone know the name of it? I've been wanting to know for quite a while.

Here's the video, uploaded by user "Wnyet NineteenEightyEight" (definitely subscribe to his channel if you're into old-school TV commercials, newscasts and sports because he has a lot of them!)
