Can anything save the FOX slide over the cliff?

They at one point had planned to launch a "Simpsons" cable channel, but decided that rather than doing that they would use The Simpsons to boost another network that they just launched "FXX".

ALL of the broadcast networks are down, and I think ultimately what we may see is the "end" of linear programming period. Binge watching is the new way to watch, because you can keep watching stories without having to wait weeks or months for the story arc to be complete. People seem to be living busier and busier lives, and want to watch TV the same way they watch movies, on their own schedule.
