Can Local Liberal and Conservative Talk Shows Co-Exist on the Same Station?

They had both liberal and conservatives at the time. Now, they only have about 6 locally produced shows per week - and all but 1 1/2 is on weekends.

KGO 810 used to have the battle of the Talk hosts when KGO-TV anchor Pete Wilson was on KGO-AM at 2pm and before Bernie Ward was charged for the Child porn incident.
