Can someone please explain the logic?

I tried listening for an hour last week and I counted 6 stolen Ticket references in about 50 minutes.

Interesting that the 2nd highest rated hour is the Musers 9-10. I've always felt that's when they go into cruise control and I find myself with radio ADD.
