Can Vegas support an all-90's format

With all this talk bringing the all 90's format in such markets like Louisville, Tulsa, Harrisburg, Baton Rouge, Kansas City, Albany, Georgia, Salt Lake City, & Sacramento, do you think Vegas will support an all 90's station? Right now the lowest rated station of all the FM's here is 93.1 or 104.3, & it looks like it may have a format change soon, but we're not sure. I know 107.9 has some 90's alternative, but I think they play between 3-4 90's songs an hour & probably an 80's in between, not like the Star 102.7 days. What do you think about this idea?
 
If Beasley does flip formats when they take over 107.9 my guess is it will be some type of 80s-90s format. A Gen X version of KKLZ (that wouldn't step on KKLZ)...that's just my wild guess. CBS should consider re-imaging JACK to a REWIND type format. It would freshen things up plus would preempt Beasley if that's what they plan on doing with 107.9.

I would disagree that 93.1 is one of the lowest rated stations. I believe they are top 5 18-34.
 
I thought 93.1 the Party had been rhythmic AC, but it seems it may changed into a mainstream/rhythmic top 40 in the last year, like 97.5, 98.5, & 104.3. So that's why I might explain your answer.
