Can We Say "Conflict Of Interest"

At first I could not figure out why talk radio has been trashing Presidential candidate John McCain who has been a friend to LPFM, This might help explain why,
Bain Capital LLC is a Boston, Massachusetts-based private equity firm founded in 1984 by Presidential candidate Mitt Romney, now owns the very radio stations (Clear Channel) those talk show hosts are working for, not to mention the Premier Radio Netwoks. Sounds like a conflict of interest to me!
And you thought the Mays were tight fisted

Have you been to a Home Depot and try to get some help?, hell you even have to check yourself out, This tight fisted company has given a whole new meaning to poor customer service . His people own my bank now, nasty tellers and service cuts
have made banking an even bigger nightmare.

But indications are that Lee and Bain may bail out of the purchase (even if the DOJ approves, which is still pending) because the value of CC stock has gone drastically down.

Romney has not made it clear that he no longer has any influence or a financial stake in Blain Capital, I just think it looks really bad when a presidential candidate’s company is buying a company that has so much control over the media and have so much influence during an election. But I guess it worked for Puten of Russia, so why not Romney. Don’t forget it’s easy to hide under the desk and have complete control over a company while it appears to be someone else’s, just look at Clear Channel's shell company Concord Media.
