can wkhl get a CP for nyc?

Just out of curiocity does anyone know if wkhl 96.7 can get a construction permit to relay the oldies station from stamford because there is no other station carried on 96.7 or next to it in the nyc area? I would be the nicest way to save oldies in nyc

There's WQXR on 96.3...and WQHT on 97.1...and sandwiched right in between
(along with WKHL) are no less than 25 low-power-fm applications for 96.7...
the majority of which are for Brooklyn. Good idea...but... <P ID="signature">______________

according to the fcc database
(can someone look it up at tell me what this is about)
they have an allocation to move to Porchester Ny
can they do that
anything to get oldies back in ny for everbody...

Take a moment to think about this. If the station could move from a relatively small market to North America´s second largest market, don't you think it would have done so long ago?

Second largest? Since when is New York not the biggest market in North America? Am I missing something here?
