Can you still hear RTV 6 on Radio?

In Greenfield I can't hear CH 6 on radio. This is a radio that has in the past had an excellent signal on them. Have they lowered power due to the analog move to digital?

Cable system has a good picture still but i can't tell if it is digital or analog.
 
It's still here on the outside antenna...will check on car radio later...
 
Still alive and well here in SW Indy on 87.75
