They can't. In Canada, Rogers (owners of Rogers Cable) bought Mclean publishing in the early 90's. I may be wrong, but I believe Mclean's publishing had the sole publishing rights to TV guide Canada, and Rogers took over where they left off, but I may also have info wrong too...<P ID="signature">______________

Actually, Transcontinental Publications (not owned by Rogers) publishes the Canadian TVG.

CORRECT! Thank-you! At time of original posting, I failed to recall this, and somehow I had Chatelaine, Mccleans, and many other publications (Rogers owned) in my head. lol sorry for the error.<P ID="signature">______________
