The CRTC will hold a public hearing as to whether these 3 stations are contravening the broadcast act by airing programming on U.S. based stations while their studios are in Canada. Also Revenue Canada will be notified that the advertisers on the 3 stations may have been illegally writing the costs of the ads off.

BC Richmond 650 CISL Increase day power from 10,000 to 20,000 watts. Decrease night power from 9,000 to 4,000 watt. Relocate transmitter site.
MB Winnipeg 100.7 CFJL Move to 100.5. Increase power from 51,000 to 63,500 watts (80,000 to 100,000 Max. ERP).

EXTENSIONS GRANTED
BC Lake Cowichan 98.7 CICV Cowichan Valley Community Broadcasting has until August 9, 2015 to relocate this Community oriented station to 97.5 and increase power from 5 to 50 watts.
NB Neguac 102.9 CKMA-1 Radio Miracadie has until November 6, 2014 to get this new rebroadcaster of French language Community station CKMA 93.7 Miramichi on the air with 250 watts.
QC Hudson-St. Lazare 106.7 CHSV Evanov has until October 19, 2015 to launch this new 500 watt English language Soft AC station.
QC Saint Fabien de Panet 92.5 CIQI-1 Groupe Radio Simard has until February 6, 2016 to get this new rebroadcaster of Hot AC CIQI 90.3 in Montmagny on the air with 17,500 watts.
