Canal 52 Mexico

Does Canal 52, the cable channel in the Latino Package in most cable and satellite systems have an OTA signal in Mexico City? I cannot find the information if they have an OTA signal. Is this channel view only cable in Mexico?
 
IIRC-- The channel gets its name from a failed attempt to convert a channel 52 in Mexico City that was reserved for Pay TV (remember that?) to free open TV. That was never allowed and the channel was deleted when the conversion began to digital television as was a channel 46 in the same situation.
