Can't stand KHFI bleedover in North West Austin.

Hard to pick up 96.3 RNB in North West Austin on my analog tuner without KHFI 96.7 bleeding over. I wish KHFI would downgrade or 96.3 upgrade or maybe switch 96.3 to 94.7 and put Mix on 96.3

Anyone else have the same problems on an analog tuner?

93.7 KLBJ,94.7 KAMX Bleed Pretty Bad On 92.7 I Like Pulling KIVY Crockett Country Talk,KKBA Classic Pop From Corpus Christi!!

98.1 KVET HD Static Bleeds All Over 97.7 And 98.5 You Would Notice It More If The KOKE Translator Was Off Air Or Lower Power!!

What kind of tuner do you have? My sangean walkman does pretty well at filtering bleed overs. I almost never was able to pick up K287FG because of KSMG, kind of a useless station for south Austin.

Sanyo Quadraphonic Tuner from the mid 70's Model DCX-2700K

I had a mid-70s Pioneer receiver that received pretty wide. Wider than it should, but that's kind of what I'd expect. I suspect that the filter in it was that wide since there's wasn't so many stations on the band crammed in like they are today. My mid-60s Panasonic table radio is pretty selective, but I doubt it would do much better than your receiver.

There was a post about it moving to 95.9 with a possibly upcoming "shuffle" if another 96.3 gets built in Giddings or somewhere. If that happens will that improve the situation or will it mess things up further for "R&B"? I don't think smooth 1560 is available anymore.......
