12 plus only & granted not all stations can even be heard in the Providence area but some notes:
WXTK still on top. From the website,looks to me like mornings are the only local time slot.
WQRC & WOCN at #s 2 & 3. Both ac. Both owned by Sandab. Is there much difference between them? Hard to tell by checking out the websites.

Cool 102 continues to slide. Any comments or suggestions?
WPXC (rock) & WKPE (classic rock) really declining
 
XTK will always rate high as long as the Pats and Sox are there. their dillema is what to do with Howie Carr when he flips to mornings. will they sacrifice their only local show for carr loyalists? tough call.

Death to the Pixies! er, well, Death to PIXY!! thank god.....awful active rock station and have been for years. They need a new PD baaaaad.....

however, the word on the street says Nassau is trying to dump both PIXY and Frank via sale. Anybody else hear that?

Brings up an interesting question, though. Is it PIXY or is the rock format dead on the Cape?
Or ... maybe it's finally time for a local morning show???
