Joel, I here you. It does make a difference when it goes from fun to { sighhh} to work.
 
We've all been there.

I guess the hope is that you wind up in a format that plays the music you love with people you love working with.

Or, even better, I wish I was in radio for the hobby of it all.

Now, don't get me wrong. I loved working at the rocket. That place was really good to me. But, when you work in radio, some things (like format) are luxuries...
