A new voice has taken to the airwaves, as Clear Channel Radio affiliate WIBA/AM launched "Outreach," a program for minorities in the greater Madison area."The basic premise of the show is to highlight positive issues in the community," host Derrell Connor said."Outreach" airs 6-7 p.m. every other Thursday on WIBA/AM 1310.
