Capitol Peak 92.9 and 101.1 translators

What is going on with these? Does anyone know if there was a sale, or if the owner is just trying to save them from going silent? They were silent through last summer and into fall (as was KGTK-AM), but I noticed they are back on the air, presumably due to the recent renewal windows.

101.1 is translating KBRD-AM from Lacey, but 92.9 is still a mystery to me. Specifically, in many hours of listening to 92.9, it occasionally identifies as "Classic Rock," but I have not once heard a call sign  Is it translating the Grays Harbor classic rock LPFM I've heard about?

For what it's worth, WA DNR started clamping down on their tower leases. Ham radio resources on Capitol Peak and other DNR sites were impacted, and I suspect both of these translators could be (have been) affected as well.

KBRD is one all by volunteers and they have tech problems from time to time that depend on the kindness of those involved and others to help out after their full time jobs elsewhere.

I'm familiar with KBRD, their tower was in my old backyard and they were good neighbors :) it's 92.9 I was more curious about. Seems to be the same "Northwest Rock & Roll Preservation Society" from this thread.
