CapRadio Settles Litigation With KVIE Over Tower Ownership

Capital Public Radio, the parent organization of Classical 88.9 KXPR and Public News/Talk 90.9 KXJZ Sacramento CA, has entered into

This tower dispute between CapRadio and KVIE-TV took place around the time of the audit when the CapRadio board was investigating the misuse of funds from their former GM. As of 2026 Jun Reina faces criminal charges that stem from the misuse of funds.
