Ok, here I am on the hunt for parts and things again!
I have a Capricorn II weather station sitting on the floor next to me here. It's made by a company called Hinds and supported
by a company called Columbia Weather Systems.
I need a wind head for it. That is, the part that sits on the roof and has the anemometer (wind speed) cups/sensor assembly and the wind direction sensor assembly.
Columbia want something like $400 to supply me a brand new one, which is more than this thing is worth and more than I need.
A second-hand one would be fine.
Even a faulty / non-working one will do. I'll make it work!
