a fascinating station (one of my 6 or so favorites) . some oob stations scream into the mic and play latest VYbzzkartel track on loop

not uncommon to hear 90 minutes of 50s/60s mento on this station, something you're unlikely to hear anywhere else besides Generoso's Bovine on WMBR

or be schooled in 80s Montserratian Soca. most the DJs seem to be from Montserrat (obliterated by a volcano in the late 80s) but they big up all islands, and some non-islands..an all-loving crew.

two ads sound like they could be made by Rikki Jai

Setting up shop that close to 96.9 is going to draw some attention, probably from Greater Media. The only time the FCC gets up off their fat backsides and does something is when a licensed station complains.

also a great source of classic country and soul along with Vibe FM
