Carol Wang to Omaha

KMTV-5 Omaha announces a new anchor team, which includes Carol Wang, of NBC-5 Fort Worth/Dallas. Way to go Carol! Prime Time anchor! I'm sure you will do fine.

Congrats to carol! IT seems alot of NBC5's former on-air staff has been landing on their feet elsewhere...too bad NBCUNI cant keep ahold of their people.

And Natasha Curry is out at Fox 4. Darn, I really liked her.

Oh, and remember the item about the new News Director from Cleveland coming to Channel 11? Well, never mind. He's staying put.

Re: Natasha Curry update

Nothing on the website yet, but the word is she's going to ABC affiliate KOMO-TV in Seattle, doing the morning news. Not bad...

That would be sweet...I visit Seattle frequently to see family. KOMO badly needs a decent am anchor. They hired a morning team from out of town and it has flopped. They've been using the male anchor with a temporary female anchor. Natasha would make a great addition to their team -- if she can stand endless days of cold and rainy weather...
