It's publicly google-able so.... It's better than awesome 👈 to not only work for a company that listens to your needs but takes action! Stay tuned.
Sorry only real ‘joke’ there was the awesome reference. Please see a thread below. Making moves to improve half of our two signal split over upstate SC. The station is called Earth-FM. That’s the title joke. And, scene.OK want to let the rest of us old sleep deprived people in on the joke?
Thank you! Eventually will no longer directional and closer to gvl. A more perfect circle vs shoved in on gvl side. Also a bit more above terrain.Congrats on the upgrade! I can't see any maps that are available yet, but I'm assuming this will put 95.5/103.3 on par more with the coverage 103.9/103.3 provided back in the day? Even with 95.9, Earth has had issues to the SW of downtown Greenville and in the White Horse Rd area where neither 103.3 or 95.9 are great.
Is WSBB relocating the tower for 95.5 or changing to another channel? That signal has always been a bit spotty in parts of the Atlanta metro listening area. But they now emphasize 95.5 more than 750.I'm guessing that the switch/move was in part because of WSBB in Atlanta's (actually, Doraville and also on 95.5) move?
WSBB moved the tower closer to downtown some time ago IIRCIs WSBB relocating the tower for 95.5 or changing to another channel? That signal has always been a bit spotty in parts of the Atlanta metro listening area. But they now emphasize 95.5 more than 750.
I am still a bit surprised they dropped their longtime legacy branding of 750. They used to co-identify as News/Talk 750 and 99.5-WSB, just like WBT is News/Talk 11.10 and 99.3-WBT. But used to be you could start picking up 95.5 Atlanta just past the main Clemson exit on I-85 in Anderson. I wonder if this has changed since they moved the tower. Although 750 starts to improve in Anderson if 99.5 cannot be received.WSBB 95.5 is still licensed to Doraville but is located downtown with a lot of other ATL stations now and is centrally located. They dropped the 750 branding when the FM antenna moved in to the city a couple of years ago.
A bigger question. I was trying to find information about this and found a Malcolm X radio station. So you guys are buiding out a whole new site? Awesome!
In Greenville county overall, when all is said and done would 103.3 or 95.5 be the primary signal? 103.3 is generally not an issue unless you’re downtown, on S Pleasantburg/Mauldin Rd, or deep down in Simpsonville and past those areas to the south/west. But definitely still listenable, just static blips.
Unfortunately I have not the foggiest idea what you're talking about, unless you're referencing the Black Information Network.A bigger question. I was trying to find information about this and found a Malcolm X radio station.

95.5 used to come in pretty well in Dalton, GA (even in the car my wife had at the time, with a radio that was pretty deaf).. It sometimes made it to Sevierville. Since the change in location, even at Newfound Gap (6600 ft), the signal was barely there even with some other Atlanta area signals strong
I understand that. But does one get any preference over the other? Meaning, if someone applied for a frequency to be an LP station and someone else applied for a translator at that frequency, would one get more preferential treatment? They are treated equally and must protect each other.
