Could it also be possible that WROC is in a larger market; or that Ms. Tucker was offered a better job with more money? Second thought forget about the money. The owners of Channel 8 are notoriously cheap; although I have to give credit where credit is due. There hasn't been a massive exodus of on-air personnel as there was a few years ago when station owners brought in a hatchet-man to clean house of some long-time, and damn good, reporters and support staff.
 
Now its WWNY cleaning house...this mass exodus is to enhance careers...but John Moores arrival, coupled with WWNY's financial shape probably sounded the alarm.
