Unfortunately, im sure whoever they hire will be paid way less then jackson,
what im getting at is the pay is not a symptom of the person... but more so the person they get from a smaller market based what the company will end up paying and theyre attitude, somewhat understandably so is "we can work with this person and mold them to be better and what we want"I hope so. Someone new should not get paid more than someone who had been there for 10 years. That would be unfair.
What this confirms to me is something I've read, and that is afternoon drive attracts more money than morning drive.
