For those of you that like to tag files before loading into your favourite playout system, you may like to take a look at my uTag program: It handles Cart Chunk as well as APE (StationPlaylist compatible), ID3, FLAC and OGG tags. For the more technically-minded, you'll be pleased to know that the PostTimer headers can be set to suit whatever system you're interfacing to, with 3 popular systems available as "presets".
