I was just browsing towers in random communities and came across this in Castalia, NC:

http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/AsrSearch/asrRegistration.jsp?regKey=113002

Who the heck is on it? Is CC just sitting on a tower that's doing nothing? WRVA and WRDU's towers are listed under Middlesex, NC and referenced accordingly in the ownership field. This one just says "Raleigh, NC" market but under a Clear Channel subsidiary name.
______________

seeing the tower from 64 is a almost impossible feat....usually if you are heading south on 64 at night around the Nashville NC exit you can see the strobes off to your right but you have to look hard for them....you can usually see the WTRG tower as well as the 2000 footers near clayton from that same stretch of road but only at night as well.
