He had nothing to do with it. The staffing comes down from San Antonio (really, from the investment bankers since they took over.) Not to be particularly championing Andrew, but they were making him program Star from SoCal the last 3 years...that never works well!

I remember an article in which Bleu said he'd had 16 PDs including 2 with the same name spelled differently. Bob Lawrence and Bob Laurence

An outstanding job? Puh-leeze! He practically ruined the sound of KOST with bad jingles, super tight rotations and clutter. His MyFM sounds about as confusing as it gets and all he did at Star is carve the staff down to almost nothing. But CC loves him, he's taken on so many jobs for them. Problem is that when you have that many stations and projects to oversee, you can't really do any of them very well and he really hasn't. But I'm sure the clueless people up stairs at CC corporate think he's saving them money.
