The new station 94.5 The drive. Let me ask those Catamount people something, why would you add another station to your company that just competes with stations you already have. I have listened to this 94.5 The drive (which the Catamount reps are saying "its the same as the Fox but better) LOL! It is nothing like the Fox. Maybe a womans version of the Fox. all they play is hits. I know that it is a classic hits station, but you are nothing like the Fox. They go in depth in their albums. Plus The Drive is The main sponsor of a zz top show in Rutland? That is like JJR putting on a show for nickleback. Yeah you might play one song of theirs but don't promote the show like you are the zz top station in the market. Its makes you sound stupid. Thank goodness for the herald huh guys!!!
 
Sounds like Bill is a little upset that his station didn't get the gig? Why would the Fox promote a concert that they have nothing to do with? ZZ Top Weekend? Funny how when you click on the link to buy tickets for the show on the Fox's website and the page that comes up has the Drive all over it?

Bill...wa happen? Need help with promotions? Let Phantom know...maybe I can talk to Mr. Marbles and get you into his class. ::)

Phantom, actually the Fairgrounds and ZZ Top should be more upset that the Fox didn't get the gig....Why would they want the show to be sponsored by a station that doensn't play them? Sounds like someone's been sippin toddies together at a local establishment just a tad tooooo much!! And gee, Can I get into Mr Marbles class too? Oh please, please , please...Tell me I can learn from the Great Mr Marbles!! In fact, I have a copy of the 1st few weeks lesson plans...Here goes...Week #1-Tell everyone how great I am, and then give them example of how my arrogance forced out some of the area's best talent. Week 2-Remind them of how great I am-and then preach how great I am, and how inferior everyone else is. Week 3-I am still great-Revisit Weeks 1 and 2-Then follow that up with a 1 hour lecture on how to take great promotions and turn them into losers. Week 4-I am the greatest of allll time speech--AGAIN...and then explain to my pupils how to effectively look busy while accompishing nothing....and how to ALWAYS be late for EVERY meeting...afterall, it is THEM, not the GREAT me, that must wait for my excellency to arrive.....Wanna join?

And Phantom, looking forward to seeing you and Marbles, soon at the bikini show in NY!!! Wanna see my shamrock!!!
