Catherine Anaya's replacement announced

I like Kris and think she'll do just fine. I remember when she worked at KOLD in Tucson several years back.
 
I'm a little surprised that they didn't promote from within.

I wonder if Heather Moore wouldn't have moved to 3TV would she have gotten the spot?

KTVK has been owned by KPHO for almost a year. Her being a 3TV anchor would have made no difference, as she is already a Meredith employee. Maybe they want to keep her on 3. They use their field reporters interchangeably, but I haven't seen KPHO anchors on KTVK, or vice versa. I might have missed it, but I watch both stations regularly.
