Services were held today for Catherine Cid. I was a fan of hers from her on-air days at KSTM, The Storm. We later worked together at KDKB in the early 90's.

She also taught at both the Ron Bailey School of Broadcasting and The Academy of Radio and TV.

I worked with Catherine at the Storm and would appreciate finding out more about what happened to her. I never saw an obituary and did not even know she had passed away. She was such a great person. Do you have any more info?

Catherine lost her fight with lupus at age 53. Here is a copy of the obituary... Catherine Caillier Cid of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on September 1, 2009. She was born in Germany to Joseph and Yvonne Cid.
Catherine was a long time on-air personality all over the valley. She loved her music, animals and most of all her family. For more information feel free to ask. Thank you for your kind words.

I worked with Catherine at KSTM, The Storm. I had no idea she passed away -- She was a sweet lady --
