Turned on the radio to see if they were testing at 7:30. Full programming on the air.

At 6:00 PM WVKO-AM 1580 started running a loop of announcements directing listeners to the new home of St Gabriel Radio at
820 AM.

Wonder if BC would ever do a program on 820? Just a passing thought.

Interesting thought. I believe he is Catholic. But I think his days behind a mic are behind him.

What of the chances he may do occasional fill ins and/or promotions for WTVN? Maybe he will make
a decision to do this after gets back from Florida this spring.

Bob is Irish Catholic, but I don't see him as being so much a religious type. Not that he isn't religious, just not the type of person who can come up with an hour of content day in and day out based on this topic.

so Saturday morning open phones with the Bishop is probably out?

Who says it has to be religious? Seriously. How many times did BC talk about life and culture and morals and how they were woven together? I think he could do this in his sleep and I bet the rest of us would find it pretty good radio.
