Whoever is running the CBC's website should be fired!
The website defaults to Ottawa as users' location. There is a link to change it but it hasn't worked for over two years. It did work for a few days last month and then stopped working again. If you click on the change link (already logged in to the site) you get a box to select your location. When you click save (or try to set the location for another tab like news or weather), the display blackens and freezes. It used to work. Then it stopped for two years. Worked again for a few days. Now doesn't work - in the same way - again.
Podcasts are a mess. Sometimes there's no update for regular news broadcasts for several days. Nobody notices. Sometimes the update is dead air. File size is the same but nothing is on it. Nobody notices for a day or two.
The World This Weekend podcast gets updated when they feel like it. Sometimes not until the middle of the night. Sometimes not at all.
Somebody at the CBC is not doing his, her or its job.
