CBS 11 shuffles the deck again

So after less than two months of the new schedule, CBS 11 is making changes.

Jeopardy moves to 11am to replace the half hour news show.

The 4pm news returns in a half hour format with Jody Dean and Maria Arita co-anchoring. (Jody will still do his show on KLUV)

Inside Edition moves to 4:30.

Jeopardy and Inside Edition were a bad pairing to begin with. News and IE wi work much better to keep the Dr. Phil audience.

Jeopardy will also hold a lot of the Price Is Right audience at 11am.

One wonders why they didn't do this in the first place?

Since this is a Texas board, I think it would be helpful to identify the stations locality in the subject line. When I saw CBS 11, I thought of KHOU here in Houston. KHOU has been a CBS affilate since it's inception in the 1950's when it was KGUL Galveston.
