Having looked at the schedule, CBS might have a good lineup, but I question the time slot that "Supergirl" was placed on. Chances are that a lot of DC Comics fans are not going to be happy with the show going up against "Gotham" on Fox, so we'll have to wait until November to see how this battle plays out.

Another show that might be the next to go is "Person of Interest" based on the shortened order they got for the upcoming season.

One theory in fandom: CBS doesn't own the show and it's getting thrown under the bus to make way for shows CBS does own (same as happened to "The Mentalist").

My theory: PoI was a lot better when it was about saving innocent, regular people caught up in the wrong place at the wrong time instead of these great conspiracies to take over the world (the apprent purpose of which is to give an acting gig to the uncle of the show's producer).
