They’re not going to expend that slot on the Amazing Race after this many cycles. Still a valuable showcase, so something fresher or new will land it—all assuming it’s something reasonably approximating a “normal” Super Bowl.

CBS canceled the planned adaptation of Michael Connelly's Lincoln Lawyer books into a TV show. In an interview with the Tampa Bay Times MC said CBS cancelled the project due to the virus and he hoped to find another outlet for the series whether it be on traditional TV or a streaming service like how his Bosch series is on Amazon Prime Video.
