CBS 46's "new" logo

I believe CBS 46 is getting ready to reveal its new logo. I seen a new graphic on some of the weather maps this morning on Better Mornings. The storm tracker radar logo is new and i believe its reads HD in the lower right corner.
 
I noticed that as well. Surely, that disgraceful graphics package will be out the window soon.

It is a video of CBS 5, KPHO in Phoenix. Their old set looked much like 46's and their new set also looks much like 46's new set. I wonder if their graphics package could be making an appearance here?
 
I have done a little investigating and was told that 46 will be unveiling their new graphics package when they go digital early in the new year. I really can't wait to see it. They have such great talent and offer a pretty good product, but the current graphics package does not demonstrate that!
