CBS Atlanta's Product

Now that it has been around for a few months, what do you all think about the new product over at WGCL? To be honest, I've become quite a fan. It's a vast improvement over their old product. It's visually appealing, hard-hitting, and not filled with fluff. Given 11 Alive's recent woes, I'm starting to think that CBS Atlanta could start to dig their way out of their 4th place hole. What say you all?

I think it's very nice even though I don't watch Atlanta TV news as much. The people at CBS Atlanta did take on a technique that would be good in radio at News-Talk 750 AM WSB during Atlanta's Morning News with Scott Slade. The technique is the "asking the tough questions" thing, which would be perfect for the 750 Investigations, but CBS Atlanta had to beat News-Talk 750 AM WSB to it. Hey, somebody had to be good in TV. We pretty much know that News-Talk 750 AM WSB is good any day of the week in radio. Enough said.

Get rid of Dagmar...hire a qualified chief meterologist...then you will have a competitive product. Until then...the product is garbage.
