CBS FM live stream audio

What happend with CBS FM live stream audio? Audio is to low. And this weekend the stream was down. Are they moving studio's to downtown?

I noticed that WCBS-FM's HD2 channel has been silent the last couple days. The "101.1 HD2" stream still has the Jack-like format, and the HD3 is still simulcasting WCBS 880, but it's nothing but dead air on WCBS-HD2. Does this have to do with the move downtown, or are there other plans for the channel?
