CBS-FM on 105.7?

Regular reader,first time poster...I am hearing CBS-FM in Goshen on 105.7. I like this station. Is this legit or a pirate?

That's W289BE-FM in Warwick. Wasn't that a translator for Thunder 102.1 in Sullivan County?
 
They filed for a license to cover in Middletown, NY , different power, pattern etc.
According to the CDBS, it will be a translator for WDNB Jeffersonville 102.1 as stated before.

WRONG!!
 
I wish CBSFM was on 105.7 here in Albany NY. Instead they have that Buzz station on it which isn't to good in my opinion.
 
Now that WCBS-FM translator station is being heard in Orange county on 105.7 FM, could the new 1400 AM that's going on the air be the new tranlator in Middletown for WCBS AM 880 ?
