CBS, NBC Power New Airport TV Network

How does that stuff work, anyway?
Does the individual airport have to grant an exclusive franchise to a particular provider? Who pays who...the airport pays the programmer, or the programmer pays the airport? Or, is there some other form of "profit sharing"? Maybe some co-op advertising?

Sorry, but the Tennis Channel has been independently owned since it started in 2003. It has never been even a small part of NBC or Comcast. It would make no sense for Comcast to be fighting the FCC over channel location of one of its own channels. They would want the highest channel distribution, not fight it. You may be thinking of the Golf Channel, which is part of the NBC Sports Group.
