CBS pulls FBI season finale due to Uvalde school shooting

In this case, this was absolutely the right decision. Perhaps in that time slot they could instead air a tribute to all those killed by gun violence and domestic terrorism in the USA, touch on all the stories of domestic terrorism and mass killings over the past months and years, and explain how best to enact sensible gun control laws and increase funding for things like mental health and counseling services. End the program with an explanation on how people can find a list of their elected and appointed representatives to contact, to tell them they expect them to do their jobs and pass real and meaningful legislation NOW, and do what ever is necessary to put and end to the senseless mass killings which are occurring far too often. Then again, even one is far too often, isn't it? For the families of the victims it certainly is!

Update: This episode finally aired on October 4. After watching, there wasn’t anything to indicate that they had done any reworking of the episode, though Alana de la Garza’s character was missing due to “Covid”.
