There are always more cuts to come in Pittsburgh.
The Pittsburgh market is losing population. We've sunk from 18th down to 23rd, and there's no indication that anything is going to change that trend. As long as the local economy is in a perpetual state of shrinkage, you can count on cuts being the norm in almost every industry in town, including broadcasting.
The only thing that might change that would be if one of the corporate station owners in town decided to unload a station or two and some local owner bought it. And even if that happens, it would probably only mean more clearances for more syndicated programming.
