CBS Radio HD 2 roll out plan?

Anybody can tell me where I can find the CBS Radio roll out plan for HD 2? I only have one from Clear Channel. It would be very handy if there is one for CBS Radio. I really don't no which HD 2 stations are on the air and which not yet. And I also don't see links on the main websites of the stations to there HD 2 station, like Clear Channel stations.<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by erwin33 on 01/23/06 10:53 PM.</FONT></P>

Yes I know this list. I mean a list with dates the new HD2 stations comes on air, like the pdf file from Clear Channel.

Unfortunately, there were no start-up dates included.
