What happened at the top of the left coast
Roundup this morning (Feb. 1)? I had KNX
on-line for the 7:00am PT cast and heard:

The bong...then a few seconds of silence...
then what sounded like Christopher Glenn's
recorded voice doing a countdown (maybe it
was a countup), at low volume...then finally
Bill Whitney came on with a cold open.

BTW, Whitney has been doing the morning
Roundup(s) so far this week.

With all the screw ups lately, I'm going to have a relay for a skimmer tapped off the starguide to grab all these news casts.

I dock them 1 spot for each second of screw up.<P ID="signature">______________

Glenn's probably burning through stored up vacation time.

Also, can you say 'try out.' Management has probably known his retirement plans for a few months. When Glenn was off in Novemeber, Steve Kathan covered. In December, it was Nick Young. February, Bill Whitney.

So far I prefer Nick Young.
