CBS San Francisco!

With all the layoffs at CBS operations in other cities, has San Francsico escaped this?

Or were the previous managent changes all that they were planning?

nope......SF has not escaped this......

Yes, I believe they were the last of the big four to pull it together for their news broadcasts. I noticed they switched to HD in January.

I think KTVU has done the best job showcasing HD in news programming though. They certainly have the best looking sets in HD. Have you noticed the technical challenges of melding HD/non-HD and 16:9 as well as 4:3 ENG content into one broadcast? Sorry, a slight tangent...
