CBS Shows online?

I missed the season finale of the Big Bang Theory last week. I can't find it online. CBS.com only has highlight clips. Do any other sites have this episode?

CBS.com only show programs that are produced by them (CBS Paramount) in full episodic mode. The Big Bang Theory is produced by Warner Bros. Check out their web: www.warnerbros.com.

That explains everything! Thanks, I'd have never figured that to be what determined online availability or not. I was frustrated by missing one measly week of The Amazing Race, and then having the ending of another episode cut off by a weather bulletin (initiated by my cable company and not my CBS station).

Not quite right. Warner Bros asked CBS to remove BBT from online streaming at the beginning of this season (the first season was streamed) citing more or less that they wanted the show to gain viewers and popularity through the traditional means rather than through online viewing and to not devalue the show once it makes it to syndication. CBS merely complied to Warner Bros. wishes.

CBS doesn't produce How I Met Your Mother but you can watch current episodes of that show on CBS.com. Just because CBS doesn't distribute a show it doesn't always factor into whether it is available for online viewing or not.

This is short-sided thinking. I really enjoy watching shows online and tend to watch them more often when I know I can watch them anytime.
 
If it wasn't for the woman in the house, I'd be getting rid of the cable. Just about everything I want to watch, I can watch online. If the network sites don't have the program I want, there are always sites like http://www.tvtorrents.com
 
I read recently that CBS shows were now being shown on TV.com, a website that they apparently own or operate. Check there, perhaps.
 
Perhaps Warner Bros. is even trying to save up Big Bang Theory so that after it's been on CBS a few years they can start showing it from Season 1 on TheWB.com?
