Why, oh why, is CBS Sports' studio coverage not in widescreen HD? It looks horrible as-is.<P ID="signature">______________

NFL Today is in SD too while Fox NFL Sunday and ESPN are both in HD. They finally got Letterman in HD a long time after NBC had Jay and Conan in HD.

My thoughts excatly. How hard is it for CBS to put it's studio coverage in HD?? I hope they put the NFL Today in HD this year. It drives me crazy seeing the "NFL on CBS" logo for sidebars just like it is seeing the "CBS Sports" logos for sidebars now during NCAA Tournament Coverage. Come on, CBS. Get with it.

You would think they would be jumping on HD quicker. TV's are flying out of the stores, The Direct TV installer I dealt with said they are having a shortage on HD boxes. I think the "I'll wait until the prices come down" Is here. All of the networks including those only on cable or dish need to get on board.
