CBS Stations in Fresno have been sold!

Peak Broadcasting has signed a definitive agreement to purchase CBS Radio's Fresno Cluster of stations for $90 Million Dollars cash. Peak Broadcasting will begin programming the stations under a time brokerage agreement in December. The Stations are KMJ-580, Talk KFPT-AM, CHR/Top-40 KWYE, Country KSKS, Jack-FM KFJK, Regional Mexican KOQO, and Rhythmic KMGV. Peak Broadcasting is a newbie to the radio business or so it seems. Peaks CEO is Todd Lawley and he said Peak Broadcastings commitment to their employees, advertisers, listeners and the surrounding communities will become quickly evident, and added that the companies corporate offices will be relocated to Fresno.
