cbs stations in NYC

I noticed you guys were taking about hows thirs no rock in nyc so heres what I have to comment on...
Ive been hearing an awful lot about cbs stations being sold across the country. does anyone know if cbs plans on selling any of the NYC frequencys. I bring this up especially because of what they just did With AAF in boston as well...

lasty I just got back from taking a road trip up to canada (between montreal and toronto) going to work for a day in CT and then going to nantucket for two. I have to say that NYC has to be the only market without a rock station.. why is this?
