CBS Streaming?

I'm sure this was brought up in a previous post, but with almost all of the CBS radio stations around the country streaming, how come none of the Boston stations are included?

From what I hear, with the others, it's a matter of $$$$$$$, and whose budget, Sales or Programming? And as anyone in this business knows, "THAT" is a whole separate battle in and of itself.
