Don't expect that to happen UNLESS it is part of a bigger deal to swap some stations. This market does not fit the CBS profile. They have stated they would like top 25 markets only and although this market has shown positive cash flow, it is unlikely they would remain - again, unless it is part of a swap for a key large market.
There is lots of speculation - and there may be a multi=sale deal. For example, some suggest Dick Broadcasting would like to have WSJS. CBS would likely not sell it separately because of the tax issues a cash deal would bring about. They might, however, swap their ten unwanted markets to a company that has no presence in this market. That company could then sell to someone like Dick. Tax issues wouldn't be the same in that kind of cash sale.
Eentercom is my bet at this point. And i agree it would be a slow death to move from 5th and Summit. The have a realively new, long term lease on the building, so I doubt there would be an immediate move. Entercom could be well served by having a sales office in Winston-Salem.
